PURPOSE: A preparation method for an insulated conductive pattern is provided to avoid environmental contamination and cost increase because a photoresist material and a stripper composition are not used in the insulation of a conductive pattern. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method for an insulated conductive pattern comprises the steps of: forming a conductive pattern on a substrate(1); and forming a dielectric layer pattern on the conductive patterns to cover the conductive pattern. The conductive pattern is a monolayer or multilayer including aluminum, copper, neodymium, molybdenum or their alloy.
