PROCESS FOR CORRECTING BLOOD CIRCULATION IN PYO-NECROTIC DISEASES AND LESIONS OF HEPATOPANCREATODUODENAL ORGANS

A process for correcting blood circulation in pyo-necrotic diseases and lesions of hepatopancreatoduodenal organs comprises systemic hemodilution with saline and colloid solutions at a 1:1 ration and the administration of Dobutamin. The correction is provided both intraoperatively and postoperatively. Intraoperatively, one of the branches of the portal vein is catheterized. Postoperatively, intraportal hemodilution with saline and colloid solutions is provided. Dobutamin is administered into splanchnic circulation.
