An installation for low-temperature pyrolysis of fossil fuels and/or biomass contains charging hopper, mechanism for supply of raw material, furnace, device for discharging of finished products. The charging hopper for preliminary heated raw material is furnished with transporter in a form of screw; two-sectional vortex furnace is used as a furnace, the superior section is intended for localization of device for production of aqueous vapor, and inferior section is intended for localization of reaction chamber; the hoppers for maintenance of constant temperature in section and inflation device; reaction chamber is made in a form of twin-screw tubular structure and furnished with two half-coverings, intended for protection of tubular structure from overheating, the superior half-covering is intended for introduction of heat carrier in a form of aqueous vapour, the inferior half-covering can be empty or contain low-melting fusion of non-toxic materials, at that compulsive difference of thermal potentials in half-coverings of reaction chamber provides for regularity of thermal gradient, in which low-temperature pyrolysis is realized; additionally it comprises frequency regulator, cooler, cyclone for purification of synthesis gas from mechanical admixtures, mixer of pyrocarbon with binding components, forming device, forming aggregate for production of fuel briquette, drying aggregate for drying of wet fuel briquette. |
