PURPOSE: A bicycle seat and a cover thereof are provided to reduce the pain of the testicle and protect the prostate while offering easy installation and production. CONSTITUTION: A cycle saddle(10) and a cycle saddle cover(22) are attached to the upper side back side of a normal cycle saddle. A cover combination saddle is formed with a step on the top, so that front of the step is set to be higher than the rear of the step. A supporting frame is fixed and coupled by a fastening unit on the bottom.
