PURPOSE: A device for removing foreign materials from sea salt, capable of man power and costs by using an automated method, is provided to make the mass-production of high quality bay salt possible. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing foreign materials from sea salt comprises a conveyer belt(201), a bay salt feeder(211), a color detecting device(231), a foreign material suction device(241) and a bay salt collecting device(261). The conveyer belt transfers the bay salt by the rotation of the rotary shaft. The bay salt feeder is arranged in the upstream side of the conveyer belt and supplies the bay salt to the conveyer belt. The color detecting device is arranged in the downstream side of the bay salt feeder. The color detecting device detects the chromatics of the bay salt passing through the constant area on the conveyer belt. |
