ELECTRONIC PAPER DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An electronic paper display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain uniform gap between upper and lower electrodes by dispersing hardening agent around spacer ball. CONSTITUTION: A partition structure(120) is formed on a bottom electrode. A twist-ball(130) is injected in each cell which are formed with the partition structures. Spacer balls are spread on the front part of the partition structure through a mask. Hardening agent is coagulated around the space balls. The tightly adhered space ball maintains cell gaps between upper and lower electrodes uniformly.
