PURPOSE: A creativity management system and a method for managing the system are provided to improve the specialty, and maintain the continuous mood for creativity management system by separating a work suggesting part, a work performance part, and a work optimization part. CONSTITUTION: A work suggesting part(1) processes a task proposed as the created idea or a task proposed as the business result. A work performance part(2) feedbacks the result from the suggesting work to the work suggesting part. A task optimization module(3) accumulates the business result, and creates new idea. The task optimization part feedbacks the created idea to the work suggesting part. A transmission server of the work optimization part transmits and receives the business records based on the transfer protocol. |
