PURPOSE: A producing method of scented salt using onions and herbs is provided to secure the natural color and flavor of the salt for a long time, and to offer sterilization and anticancer components of the onions. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of scented salt using onions and herbs comprises the following steps: naturally drying bay salt, and heating for more than 8hours at 120~140deg C; crushing the heated by salt; mixing 100parts of bay salt by weight, 3~4parts of onion juice by weight, 1~2parts of mugwort juice or oak tree extract by weight, and 1part of herb juice by weight, and mixing for 10~20minutes; rapidly freezing the mixture, and freeze-drying; and heating the mixture at the vacuum condition at 15~30deg C, and drying for 8hours. |
