PURPOSE: An electric hair perm device is provided to enable a user to easily do perm by counterbalancing the power to be widen the tongs. CONSTITUTION: An electric hair perm device includes an operating unit(1), a grip portion(2), and a hinge section(3). A plane ironing plate is attached at a front face of the operating part. The grip portion is formed with the operating part. The hinge section connects a pair of the grip portion with a hinge, and gives a force in order to widen the grip portion using a spring. Therefore, a user easily controls the grasping power. |
