PURPOSE: A gondola apparatus for buildings is provided to reduce the size of a gondola and the occupying space since both auxiliary lifting frames and lifts are installed in a main frame. CONSTITUTION: A gondola apparatus for buildings comprises a main frame(110). The main frame moves along the rail on the rooftop of a building and lifts according to the height of the parapet(P) of the rooftop of the building. The main frame is installed not to be seen from the outside of the building. Lifting frames(120) are installed in the main frame. Lifts are installed on the opposite side to one side of the lifting frames and lift the lifting frames.
