PURPOSE: Fried chicken using evening pistachio seed oil, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the pistachio seed oil to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fried chicken using pistachio seed oil comprises a step of frying sliced chicken with the heated pistachio seed oil. Consumers can intake active nutrient of pistachio seed oil by eating the chicken fried with the pistachio seed oil. |
