PURPOSE: A multi-purpose buoy is provided to efficiently prevent people from becoming approached to the sea by remotely transferring a warning voice. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose buoy is installed on the top of a buoyancy body(10). A solar panel(30) is isntalled on the top of the buoy. An underwater sound wave generator(150) is installed in the bottom of the buoyancy body. An anchor is connected to the buoy using a chain(50). Speakers(140) for outputting a voice signal are isntalled inside the buoy. A battery(130) and a controller(120) are installed in the buoy. The battery charges electricity produced from the solar panel.
