PURPOSE: A dynamic pressure bearing device is provided to minimize deformation of a cover member due to thermal stress during welding since the lower parts of a fixing member and a rotating member are covered. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic pressure bearing device comprises a rotating member(110), a fixing member(120), and a cover member(140). The rotating member rotates around the central axis. The fixing member is fixed and coupled on the outer circumference of the rotating member. The fixing member supports the rotating member to be rotatable. The end of the cover member is welded with the outer surface of the fixing member.
