PURPOSE: A method for processing a payment at a foreign internet shopping mall using a portable terminal is provided to securely buy a product at a foreign internet shopping mall without inputting a credit card number. CONSTITUTION: A buyer connects to a foreign seller server(10) using a client terminal(30). The buyer's terminal is automatically connected to the carrier payment server(20) by deciphering the 2-dimensional code image. The buyer can check an exchange rate through exchange rate checking screen of his terminal. The buyer proceeds the payment.
