PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce the yield drop of the liquid crystal display device and to enable a process management convenient and to improve the performance such as contrast of the liquid crystal device. CONSTITUTION: An orientation film forming process is comprised of three processes of printing process, prebake process and hardening process. A surface of an alignment layer formed on a TFT substrate(10), a CF substrate(20) is rubbed with a roller wrapped with bag such as cotton or rayon. A liquid crystal dropping implementation process is comprised of two process of liquid crystal dropping process, coherent process. In the liquid dropping process, the liquid crystal is dropped as much as necessary on a CF substrate. |
