PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a coating layer for a turbomachinery element and correspondence machinery are provided to coat the mechanical elements of cemented carbide by using protective coating agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a coating layer for a turbomachinery element comprises next steps. A impeller(3) made of cemented carbide is manufactured. An impeller is coated with a nickel coated layer. Nickel-plating contains sodium hypophosphite within aqueous solution. The cemented carbide is aluminum, titanium, magnesium or arbitrary hard metal.
