The garment has a set of textile layers superimposed with one another. The textile layers comprise a woven or knitted textile layer (10) provided with a thread presenting a stiffness greater than or equal to 20 grams by denier. Another three-dimensional textile layer (20) includes knitted elementary layers (21, 22), which are assembled with one another by a binding thread (23). A constant spacing is formed between the elementary layers. Material of the textile layers is selected from a group consisting of polyethylenes or aramides.
