PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a long fiber composite is provided to enable effective resin immersion and to randomly control tension according to the kind or driving condition of fiber. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a long fiber composite comprises: one or more tensioner(20) having a blade(21) which is protruded to the inner direction from the upper or lower portion of an impregnation bath(40) and has a long fiber at the end portion; and a tensioner displacement device(30,30') which is able to control protrusion length of the tensioner. The blade has an arch form having a certain curvature. The tensioner displacement is a jig or pneumatic cylinder.
