MELTING EXTRUDER FOR SYNTHETIC RESIN

PURPOSE: A synthetic resin melting extruder is provided to properly melt synthetic resin by controlling the temperature of the friction heat by using a pressure regulating part. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin melting extruder comprises driving and driven screws, a fixed friction plate, and a discharge part(60). The driving and driven screws of a grinding part(10) are expanded from a driving part(30) is rotated with a cylinder(110). The fixed friction plate is placed inside a fractionizing part. The discharging part is inserted at the outside center of the fractionizing part to the fixed friction plate. Synthetic resin is fused with frictional heat and is exhausted through the discharge part.
