PURPOSE: A fluorescent lamp packing paper with a reflection member substituting for a packing paper is provided to reduce the amount of wasted packing paper, thereby preventing environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: An upper member(100) functions as an upper frame of a packing paper(400). A side member(200) plays right/left frame roles of the packing paper. A reflecting member(300) is separated from the upper member and the side member. The reflecting member is connected to the upper member and the side member to be coupled with a reflector of a fluorescent lamp(500). The reflecting member functions as a lower frame of the packing paper.
