PURPOSE: A camera shutter apparatus for increasing the quality of an image is provided to close or open a large-diameter opening without generating an opening area and a closing area. CONSTITUTION: First, second and third blades(110~130) are installed to a plate. The first, second and third blades selectively open and close an opening of the plate. A power delivery unit is installed between a driving unit and a blade. The first and the second blade are located in the first outside of the opening. The third blade is located in the second outside. The opening of the plate is completely blocked in a closing state of the shutter.
