PURPOSE: A structure and a method for installing a punching device of a floating marine structure are provided to install a punching device by measuring the level of a marine structure and using a mounting pipe of an LTD gauge. CONSTITUTION: A structure and a method for installing a punching device of a floating marine structure comprises a heat insulating material(12), a guide pipe(16), an LTD gauge, and a punching device(20). The heat insulating material insulates the inside a storage tank of a marine structure. The guide pipe is installed in the heat insulating material and has an opening. The LTD gauge is installed in the guide pipe and senses rollover by measuring the temperature of liquefied gas. The punching device forms a hole in the heat insulating material and discharges leaked liquefied gas.
