PURPOSE: A chair having a movement structure of a seat plate is provided, which can operate a seat plate so that sitting location can be controlled. CONSTITUTION: A chair having a movement structure of a seat plate comprises: a seat plate main body(110) arranged on the top of a frame; a seat plate cover(130) which is slide-combined with the seat plate main body; and a position fixing part(150) fixing the sliding position of the seat plate cover. The position fixing part includes: a handle plate combined with the seat plate main body; a fixed protrusion fixing the location of the seat plate cover; a plurality of fixing grooves into which the fixed protrusion is selectively inserted; and a spring installed at the lower part of the handle plate.
