PURPOSE: A method for twisting N/P division thread and metallic yarn is provided to prevent deformation of metallic yarn which is weak to heat and to expression various colors. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a conjugate yarn by twisting N/P division thread and metallic yarn comprises: a step of coiling N/P division thread in a thread dyeing device and treating N/P division thread with an alkali solution at 100-130°C for 30-60 minutes to lose weight; a step of washing micro fiber with 70-80°C of water and treating with acid; a spraying iron-free water and removing foreign materials; a step of refining and treating with acid; a step of adding dye, dispersing agent, antistatic agent, and softening agent and treating at 100-130°C for 30-60 minutes to dye; and a step of drying.
