PURPOSE: An insulation panel assembly for a liquefied gas storage tank is provided to be simply assembled by coupling an upper sheet of an insulation panel to the other insulation panel. CONSTITUTION: An insulation panel assembly for a liquefied gas storage tank comprises a first insulation panel(100), a second insulation panel, a first upper sheet(120), a second upper sheet, an extended part(140), and a coupling part. The first and second insulation panels are composed of plate-shaped insulation materials. The first upper sheet is attached on the top of the first insulation panel and protects the first insulation panel. The second upper sheet is attached on the top of the second insulation panel and protects the second insulation panel. The extended part is extended from the first upper sheet. The coupling part couples the extended part and the top of the second insulation panel.
