PURPOSE: An axle housing manufacturing method is provided to reduce assembly processes and to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil by integrally forming a mounting part and a connecting part. CONSTITUTION: An axle housing manufacturing method comprises the following steps. The bottom surface of a mounting unit is molded on a workpiece of a board material(S10). The sides of a connection part and a mounting part are formed on the workpiece(S20). The upper sides of the connection part and the mounting part are molded on the workpiece(S30). The opening of the mounting part is banded to form a reinforcement part(S40). The end part of the connection part is welded(S50).
