<p>The oven dish/steamer has a flat upper cover (2) to close a container (1), where the container is made of high temperature resistant silica gel. Two handles (11) are provided at two sides of the cover to facilitate gripping of the cover. The cover forms a bulging space with a certain height above an inner body of the container. An upper surface of the cover is provided with a plate structure. The handles and the cover of the container form a single piece (21). Planes of the surface of the cover and a base of the container are parallel to each other.</p>
