PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling an inverter are provided to secure the safety of a user by stopping a load after the speed of the load is reduced in case of blackout. CONSTITUTION: An inverter(110) includes a rectifier(111), a planarizer(112), and an inverter(113). An induction motor(130) is operated based on an alternating current voltage outputted from the inverter. A voltage detector(140) measures the value of a direct current-link voltage. A revived amount measuring unit(150) measures revived amount using the value of the direct-current link voltage. A controller(160) generates a control signal for controlling the inverter. |
