PURPOSE: An in-wheel motor cooling apparatus of an electric vehicle is provided to effectively reduce the heat emission of the in-wheel motor by directly receiving compressed air into a space between a stator and a rotor. CONSTITUTION: A compressor(110) is installed in an axle(210) and generates compressed air based on the torque of the axle. The compressor includes a fan(111) and a fan-casing(112). The fan generates the compressed air based on external air, and the fan-casing surrounds the fan. An air flowing part(120) introduces the compressed air into a space between a stator(320) and a rotor(310) in order to cool an in-wheel motor(300). A vortex tube(122) is installed in the air flowing part.
