PURPOSE: Hybrid type deck machinery is provided to reduce environmental contamination by driving an air motor when excessive pull is not required. CONSTITUTION: Hybrid type deck machinery comprises a hydraulic motor or electric motor(10), an air motor(20), a gear box(50), a drum(30), and a warping head(40). The air motor is driven by air. The gear box is coupled to the hydraulic motor or electric motor through an air motor shaft. The drum is coupled to the hydraulic motor or electric motor through a gear box shaft. The warping head is coupled to the hydraulic motor or electric motor through a drum shaft. When excessive pull is not required, the air motor is driven. When excessive pull is required, the hydraulic or electric motor and the air motor are simultaneously driven.
