PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to correct blur while acquiring an exposure start position during imaging because exposure is performed along with zoom driving in zooming during exposure, consequently, it is necessary to calculate a zoom position at the start of exposure and blur correction characteristic at the start of exposure in advance.SOLUTION: In the imaging apparatus, sensitivity to be used for blur correction is set based on the zoom position of a zoom lens unit 101, and exposure is started during zoom driving. In such a case, before starting the exposure, the zoom position at the start of exposure is predicted from the zoom position, and the sensitivity is set based on the predicted zoom position, whereby the zoom position at the start of exposure and the blur correction characteristic at the start of exposure are calculated before the exposure. Thus, proper camera blur correction operation and exposure operation can be performed. |
