PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler for resins, which is blended in an adhesive or a sealant to improve the adhesive strength and hot water resistance of the adhesive or the sealant and to provide a method for producing the filler for resins and a resin composition obtained by blending the filler for resins.SOLUTION: The calcium carbonate-based filler for resins is characterized in that the surface of a calcium carbonate particle is covered with amorphous calcium phosphate. The method for producing the calcium carbonate-based filler for resins and the resin composition obtained by blending the calcium carbonate-based filler for resins are provided.
