PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a mountability of a fuel filter to an engine room, and protect the fuel filter when an external load is applied to the fuel filter.SOLUTION: In a fuel filter device of a vehicle engine, a filter bracket is formed in a substantially L-shape, including an upper wall portion extending horizontally inward of the vehicle from a fixing portion which is fixed to an upper surface portion of a strut tower, and a vertical wall portion extending downward of the vehicle along the fuel filter from a connecting portion located at a vehicle inner end of the upper wall portion. A support bracket extends along the vehicle longitudinal axis, supporting vehicle components. The support bracket is coupled to a side brace, and the upper wall portion of the filter bracket and a portion proximal to the connecting portion of the vertical wall portion. The support bracket has a first coupling portion for coupling to the side brace and a second coupling portion for coupling to the filter bracket. The vehicle components and the support bracket are inclined forward, and the second coupling portion is disposed at a position vertically higher than the first coupling portion. |
