<p>A system and method for updating device firmware, a device management server and a mobile terminal are disclosed in the present invention. Said system includes: a version server for storing various versions of firmware; a device management server for acquiring current firmware version information of a device to be upgraded via the mobile terminal, and acquiring corresponding latest firmware version information from the version server; a mobile terminal for receiving data from the device management server. According to the combination of a version server, the device management server and the mobile terminal of the present invention, it is realized that household electrical appliances in the digital home network can be updated online by using the existing device management service of the mobile network, thus effectively improving user experience.</p> |
