HYBRID CASCADING LUBRICATION AND COOLING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A hybrid cascading lubrication and cooling system is provided to lubricate the electrical machine by offering a suction unit for centrifugal pumping of a superposition stage. CONSTITUTION: An electric machine(102) comprises an inside superposition stage and an outside superposition stage. The inside superposition stage is overlapped for the outside superposition stage centered on a central axis(216) of the electric machine. An oil pump(222) is combined to an oil pump inlet tube(226) in order to pull up the oil from an oil sump(224).
