PURPOSE: A backlight unit is provided to partially drive light guide plates and guarantee uniform brightness in the air gap between light guide plates. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light guide plates(100) are separated with intervals. At least one light source is located on a side of each light guide plate. Gaps among the light guide plates are filled with fillers. The fillers have a refractive index lower than the light guide plate. |
