PURPOSE: An elastic load support is provided to withstand the high surface pressure since the thickness of a rubber layer increases gradually toward the outer circumferential part from a central part and the elastic load support generates vertical deformation necessary for rotation. CONSTITUTION: An elastic load support comprises an upper steel sheet(2), a lower steel sheet(3) and a rubber layer(4). At least one of the bottom of the upper steel sheet and the top of the lower steel sheet forms a curved surface. The thickness of the rubber layer increases gradually toward the outer circumferential part from the central part. The outer circumferential part of the curved surface is smaller than other part in the radius of curvature.
