PURPOSE: A broadcast controlling method of a mobile terminal is provided to generate unfinished broadcast contents list. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communications unit(110) receives a broadcast contents. An output unit(150) outputs the received broadcast content. If it is determined that a first broadcast contents are not finished, a control unit(180) gets unfinished section information about the first broadcast content. The controller generates the unfinished broadcast information including the unfinished section information of the first broadcast content.
