PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To work on a manufacturer of a product in product development according to needs and optimization of a product shipment plan.SOLUTION: An apparatus for automatic creation of product purchase history information includes: an authentication means for receiving identification information of a user terminal 12 and authenticating the user terminal using identification information of the user terminal 12 that has been previously stored in a memory device of a server 10; a product registration information analysis means for receiving registration information of a product from the user terminal 12 to identify product information on the product purchased by a user and installation location information; a stock quantity calculation means for storing the product information and the installation location information in association with each other in the memory device and reading identical product information and installation location information stored in the memory device to calculate a product stock quantity in an office convenience store and to output stock information; and a charged amount information creation means for associating the identification information of the user terminal, the registration information of the product and use date information that are stored in the memory device with each other, and calculating a charged amount of the product purchased by the user to output billing information.
