PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine whether the use of outsourcing is possible or not and to perform exact decision-making about whether measures for avoiding the risk should be taken or not, while grasping a risk occurring due to outsourcing.SOLUTION: An input part 100 accepts, from the outside, input of first information indicating an extent of loss, an occurrence frequency of loss, and a reconstruction required time being a time required for reconstructing skill for execution of the business in the occurrence of loss in a prescribed business, and a risk analysis part 300 analyzes a risk level being an index for discriminating a degree of smoothness of business execution, on the basis of the first information accepted by the input part 100, and a display part 400 displays the analyzed risk level. |
