PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a structure for efficiently measuring an emitted light quantity of a light emitting layer, and to provide a light emitting device and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: The laminate 100 includes the light emitting layer and a light emitting element detecting light which the light emitting layer emits. A light detection region of the light emitting element is overlapped with a light emitting surface of the light emitting layer if viewed from a thickness direction of the light emitting layer.
