PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control indoor relative humidity at the onset of/arousal from sleep.SOLUTION: A dehumidification process is performed after an expected sleep onset time t1, and a humidification process is started at a predetermined time ΔT21 earlier than an expected arousal time t2. At the onset of sleep, the dehumidification process promotes insensible perspiration and lowers body temperature to induce sleep. Relieving a sore throat further provides comfortable arousal. |
