PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device suppressing an increase in layout size of an inductor-including circuit and achieving effective use of a chip region.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes an electrostatic discharge element protecting the semiconductor device against electrostatic destruction and includes a first circuit 3, a second circuit 5, a connection node 15 connecting the first circuit 3 with the second circuit 5, and a first inductor 1 connected between the connection node 15 and a first power source 13. The first inductor 1 and the electrostatic discharge element 2 are formed to be vertically superposed on each other. |
