PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of the suspension length of a mass body while keeping a pendulum motion period of a vibration control system at a predetermined period.SOLUTION: The vibration control system 1, which controls the vibration of a vibration controlling object, includes an upper structure portion 10 fixed on the vibration controlling object, a first mass body 12 hung from the upper structure portion 10, a lower structure portion 20 fixed on the vibration controlling object, support members 24 connected rotatably to the lower structure portion 20, a second mass body 22 which is supported on the support members 24, located above the lower structure portion 20, and lighter than the first mass body 12, a connection portion 30 which connects the first mass body 12 and the second mass body 22 to be movable relatively in the vertical direction, and dampers 40 which reduce the speed of the relative movement to the vibration controlling object of the first mass body 12 or the second mass body 22. |
