PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentifrice hardly causing the increase of a viscosity under low-temperature preservation, providing good foam quality, and having reduced threading properties.SOLUTION: The dentifrice contains the following components (A) to (E), and is regulated so that the ratio [(C+D)/E] of the total mass of the components (C) and (D) to the mass of the contained component (E) may be from 0.3 to 1.5: (A): an anionic surfactant; (B): a potassium ion-supplying component; (C): a xanthane gum; (D) a carboxymethyl cellulose having an etherification degree of ≥0.9 and <2.0 or a sodium salt thereof; and (E) a carboxymethyl cellulose having an etherification degree of ≥0.5 and <0.9 or a sodium salt thereof. |
