The threshold setting part sets communication predicted time with the specific communication destination or the battery remaining amount corresponding to the communication predicted time to a threshold for communication regulation. The battery remaining amount measurement part measures the battery remaining amount. In addition, communicable time is calculated from the battery remaining amount. Then, the communication regulation part regulates communication with other than the specific communication destination when the communicable time or the battery remaining amount is less than the threshold. |
