PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device capable of suppressing generating of faults at a connection part in a lead wire.SOLUTION: An insertion opening 171 for inserting the lead wire is formed at a surface 174a in a fixed plate 170, and furthermore, a support 172 formed as a cylindrical projection projected from the surface 174a toward the vertical direction is prepared at the edge of the insertion opening 171 so as to surround the insertion opening 171. In addition, the fixed plate 170 is fixed to the supports 160a and 160b with screws, under the condition that the lead wire be inserted through the insertion opening 171. |
