A mounting structure, an electro optic device, and an electronic device are provided to reduce mount failure by reducing deviation of a pattern of terminals in terminal groups of a connecting board and an electronic component. A first electronic component(10) is provided with a first terminal group having first terminals(115t) which are arrayed in strips and extend along lines passing through a first common point. A second electronic component(120) is provided with a second terminal group having terminals which are connected to the corresponding first terminals of the first terminal group. The second terminal group has second dummy terminals(125Dt) arrayed in strips and extending along the lines passing through a second common point.
