The hook (1) has a hook body (2) including a hook opening (3) formed as an access in order to hook an inner region. A fixed flange portion (10) is connected with a holding opening in which a bolt is axially guided. A connection loop (5) is attached at end of the bolt on outside of the portion. A damping element (9) is arranged at the end of the bolt between the flange portion and a head (12) of the bolt, where the end of the bolt is protruded outside and in an inner region of the body of the portion. The damping element is formed from a plastic material and polyester-based polyurethane.
