PURPOSE: A producing method of kimchi containing bean sprouts and shell powder is provided to remove the unique smell of the kimchi, and to improve the content of nutrient components inside the kimchi. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of kimchi containing bean sprouts and shell powder comprises the following steps: dipping the half-cut Chinese cabbage inside salt water for 24hours(S11); washing the pickled Chinese cabbage with water, and removing the moisture(S13); mixing the Chinese cabbage with a seasoning containing the bean sprouts(S15); adding the nano-size shell powder to the obtained kimchi(S17); and aging the kimchi(S19). |
